With the opening of our restaurant, “Shanta’s Kitchen”, a long-cherished dream of mine is coming true. I am delighted to welcome you as our guest and warmly invite you to share in our passion for Indian cuisine.
My story begins in Delhi, where I grew up with my mother. At the age of 20, I successfully completed my hotel management apprenticeship and subsequently worked in renowned hotels such as the Radisson (5-star hotel in Goa), Intercontinental (5-star hotel), Taj (5-star hotel), and Holiday Inn (5-star hotel in Kerala).
